Phoga Holdings specializes in the turnkey design and supply of water treatment solutions, complemented by the provision of products and services, thereby delivering a comprehensive water treatment solution to our clients. Recognising the promotion of health and safety as a shared objective for both management and employees at every level, the company pledges relentless efforts to create and sustain a work environment that is both healthy and safe. Our overarching goal is to eliminate the possibility of injury and illness.
As the Operations Manager, I commit to ensuring the prevention of injury and ill health for all employees and contractors within our workplace. Training initiatives will be diligently provided to foster a culture of continual improvement within the company's occupational health and safety system, ultimately enhancing its overall performance.
Phoga Holdings, under the guidance of all levels of management, commits to strict compliance with applicable legal requirements and any additional standards subscribed to by our organisation concerning occupational health and safety hazards. A framework for establishing and reviewing occupational health and safety objectives has been implemented and will undergo regular scrutiny in management review meetings. Every employee is entrusted with the responsibility to promptly report any hazardous conditions, injuries, accidents, or illnesses related to the workplace to their supervisor or manager.

Crucially, this policy will be disseminated to all individuals working under the organisation's control.
